Weihrauch's KT variant of the HW100 is their thumbhole carbine version with adjustable cheek piece. The thumbhole design is probably the most attractive of the HW100 and it is also the favourite amongst the more demanding shooters. A thumbhole stock enables the shooter to place more skin on the stock and this helps the shooter control the rifle. The Stocks are made from laminated wood or black/grey and green/grey synthetic and are fully ambidextrous and is fitted with a adjustable cheek piece to better fit the user. There are also finger groves in the fore end for extra stability, couple this with a carbine length barrel and you have what is often described as the ultimate HW100
