Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our online store and add items you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the “checkout” then follow the instructions to complete your order.

We accept card payments via Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or the currency of your country.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, we do not charge for any items until it is ready to be shipped. Backordered items are not charged until they are ready to be shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may call the shop and give the details to one of our staff, who will process your payment or you can email your card information, send by post or fax.

If you have made an error in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, then contact us and we will correct it for you.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for any reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery

Where firearms/shotguns/air weapons are paid for in full, unless collected from our premises will only be sent to your nearest registered firearms dealer for collection by yourself. Please note that unless you have all of the correct and legal documents these goods will not be transferred to you in any way shape or form.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free, unless otherwise advised.

Retail Finance

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason unless the product is a custom order/ bespoke order.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the Product to you) takes physical possession of the Product you ordered. Where you order multiple Products in one order or a Product is delivered in separate parts, lots or pieces, the cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the Product to you) takes physical possession of the last Product, part, lot or piece that makes up your order.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract with us by making a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). The easiest way to do this is to contact our Customer Services team.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

 


Returns Policy

Please include a note including the full name and address of the person who placed the order so we can find them on our database.  Please note that unless the return is due to a fault with the item or error on our part, then we do not refund postage costs and postage will be charged on any goods sent out in exchange or replacement.
